This is one of the exhibitions at the Jewish Museum in Berlin. There are 10,000 faces made from steel, and they are dedicates to all the victims of violence and war. Amazingly you’re allowed to walk into the exhibit, although people rarely do.

No tripods are allowed, and the lighting is low, so you’ll need a reasonably fast lens to get the most out of the space.
