This place has a nice vantage point to get Denver Skyline panorama looking East of the city so no mountains. I went to this location on the eve of July 4th as I expected fireworks from Civic Center which is to the far right.
During our trip we stayed at Cedar pass campground and they also have cabins. Staying here is the best to wake up early and be at right spots at right time rather than driving all the way from Rapid City or something like that.
I have been in search of good location to shoot Denver Skyline with Mountains/Sunsets and found this place when I was shooting birds in City Park from a fellow photographer. The stair top gives you nice vantage point, I noticed if you could go in the museum there is a rooftop patio which should give even better point to get the skyline and mountains.

The highest twin towers in the world, the Petronas Twin Towers are landmark in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Apart from framing them from just around the area, you can look out for a nearby hotel and get a room in some higher floors which overlooks the towers along with other buildings in the region, especially the nearby KL Tower. Relax on your hotel room and take some evening long exposure shots of the area. You need to have a good tripod and a room with a view. A zoom lens is recommended. Views are mesmerizing in the evening lights. However please note that the lights on the towers normally go off after the midnight. You can take a ride of the building and photograph some city view as well.
