Mount Batur is located in Bangli, Bali. It is around two and a half hours away from Denpasar (Bali provincial's capital). There is lack of public transportation in Bali, but we can rent car or motorcycle from central city (with the driver - if needed).
Photo Spot Details
Mount Batur is a perfect spot to do sunrise hunting. Beside its breathtaking scenery from the top, the huge dark volcanic rocks is also great to be captured. There is also a very beautiful lake in the valley.
Travel Tips
1. Prepare warm clothes.
2. Hiking starts at 4 am if you want to see the sunrise from the top, so it is better to save your time and energy by staying overnight around this place.
3. The weather is unpredictable. On the afternoon, there is usually thick fog. Morning is the best time to explore this place.

3. Different months will make different sceneries from the top.
