Photo Spot Details

When my friend referred to this place he never used the term “arboretum”, he said it’s the “peacock place”. Yes, there were many peacocks all around the arboretum but that was not the only attractive subject. This arboretum hosts a wide variety of flora from all around the world, especially African trail & Australian trail was fantastic. It is ideal to go for a photo walk around the garden when it’s brightly lit. One of the most beautiful places is at the end of the Australian / African trail which connects you back to Bauer Lawn & Fountains, where you can find flowers from the Family – Liliaceae. They have those bright yellow colored tiny tube like flowers producing nectar that attracts a lot of Humming birds. So if you are a great fan of the humming birds (just like me) then this is the place for you. And this picture was taken there.

Not just this, if you are looking for a place to sit down and relax, do visit the MeyBerg Waterfall. And the pre-historic forest with a pool full of turtles were also very good.
