Directions

Take Tweed Coast Road exit of Pacific Motorway and head towards Hastings Point for 14km until you cross a bridge. This is the spot, you can't miss it.

Photo Spot Details

This is a gorgeous spot any time of year, but high tide and sunrise are optimum for the creek when there’s plenty of water and minimal people. From the headland you can view whales during the whale season. It’s central and easy to reach but from the beach it appears to be completely remote as there are very few buildings visible. The headland is so natural and beautiful it was recently picked for the location of a scene from the new Pirates of the Caribbean movie.
