Photography Life Review Summary: I am very impressed by how well the Nikon 24-120mm f/4G VR performs. It is a sharp lens that is very comparable to professional lenses such as Nikon 24-70mm f/2.8G and Nikon 70-200mm f/2.8G VR II, yielding great results throughout its focal range. it’s my go to walk around lens on my D-850 and i find that i’m using it a lot more than my nikon 24-70 with out seeing any loss of quality in my images.
if anything happened to this lens i’d buy another in a heart beat.
Sometimes I wonder why I need any other lens but this one. When I go shooting and not sure what I’ll encounter, this is the lens I put on my d700. This is the one lens I would buy again.
