sony a77ii - auto focus not working

Good Afternoon All -
Quick question ... I have a sony a77ii that the auto focus has stopped working on. It's about 10 yrs old and I use it about 10-30 hour during the week ... I have tried it with a couple different lens that I regularly use - a sony, a minolta and tamron, but it's not working on any of them. I also noticed that in the last couple of months it dies after I put a newly charged battery.
I've tried researching on google what the issue may be, but nothing returns back with my camera model.
Has anyone else experienced this or know what may be causing this?
