Trying to create my first post this morning in the galleries section but I'm not being allowed to upload photos. Instead, I'm presented with a tag reading " No more attachments are allowed today" when in fact I've uploaded no attachments whatsoever.
Am I doing something wrong here? Thanks in advance.

Nick, our system has an anti spam system that only allows posting after the first post is approved. Now you can upload images.
if we don’t do this, we will have a lot of spammers. In fact, I had to deal with about 20 spam posts yesterday, so I had to change the setting even further.

However, it looks like I can't submit to the latest photo entry for the week. ti says today is the deadline, but it is closed already.
Would the moderators be willing to accept an entry since it is still November 3rd (and technology didn't let me submit)?
I'm still seeing the no more attachments today so hopefully my second post here will cure that. Thanks for the help
