Getting " No more attachments are allowed today" message

Hi! Strangely it still doesn't allow me to post attachments.

Hi everyone, looks like I've also run in to the "no more attachments" issue and found my way here. Hopefully approval of this post will allow me to post in the weekly photo challenge. Thanks!
