If you are referring to the photo of the tree on the side of the Skyline Drive, I used to pass by it quite often while exploring the Shenandoah National Park. During summers, I would just drive there every other weekend, do a few hikes and take photos.

This tree is quite unique throughout the Skyline Drive, and I photographed it in many different settings, at different times of day, and in different weather. In this particular case, it was the color of the cloudy sky, matching that of faraway area that caught my attention.
