Very nice picture. Cropping it so the tree is in the middle has it's Merritt's, but I do like the light on the right side of the image. So if you do decide to crop it, don't remove too much imo.

Nice image, lone trees are a great subject :) I think I wouldn't mind if the tree (and the foreground) was a bit more of a silhouette? (it looks a bit too much of an HDR to my taste).
