In early 2023, there was an impressive hoar frost in our area. This is a macro close up of droplets frozen at the end of a stem.

The sterile marginal flowers of Hydrangea paniculata 'Wim's Red'®. These were caught in the stems of my ornamental grasses by the wind: Panicum virgatum northwind.
