"Carceral Canopy" (2011).  This image of what Palestinians refer to as the "Segregation Wall" taken at the Qalandia Checkpoint separating East Jerusalem from Qalandia in the Palestinian West Bank.  The area where this wall is routed invariably becomes a dead space.
