Here is mine :
I think I was in Alsace-France or on the border with Germany
Icelandic sunrise in the west fjords. This was the view right outside the hotel cabin. Fantastic!
A thunderstorm was approaching at the Costa de la Luz in Spain.

During winter I can observe incredible sun risings directly from my flat on many days.

After a hike in the mountains of Montenegro, we could observe the sun going down and producing this wonderful backlight behind the clouds.

Couds hiding the moon and producing by that nice light effects. The shot was taken at home directly on my balcony.

The incredible clear sky in the highlands of Peru forms a beautiful contrast to the bright clouds.

The "Lac du Der" in France is a famous Crane roosting site, especially during autumn migration. The birds flying in and out of the lake in the evening and morning attract a lot of birders and photographers.
I was there in November 2015 and was lucky enough to have an evening with excellent weather conditions and just the right amount of cloud cover to get some beautiful sunset colors in the sky.
I took a lot of photos that day, and I think the following one is among the best-suited for the clouds-theme:

When I entered Alsace ,after crossing Germany the rain stopped and this cloudy formation appeared. I named it '' Angel of the road''.
