I am very fortunate to live in San Diego near the Anza Borrego Desert and if the rains are sufficient in Winter, the Spring brings a riotous collection of wild flowers and cactus blooms to the Desert in March and April.  We had a good rain this year but the last one was back in 2017 when this photo was taken.  It is a Strawberry Hedgehog Cactus in Bloom.
