Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone, especially the more experienced photographers, use the FelxShooter tripod head and what your thoughts and experience is.
I have had one for 12 months and find it works very well, although I need more practice.
Th balance is quite wonderful. Having said that I went straight from a cheap aluminium ball head tripod to the the Flexshooter with a Leofoto LS365 CEX Ranger carbon tripod. I have not used a gimbal or fluid head, so I am very light on experience.
I am happy with what I have but just interested to hear some other opinion.
I note, Libor Vaicenbacher, briefly mentions the Flexshooter in two articles earlier this year.
Cheers, Peter
Never heard about the FlexShooter tripod. Just did a quick search. As you might expected it by now, I don't have experience with it.
But I will say this: I'm done with ballhead type of tripods. Since several years I use the VH-30R ballhead from Leofoto coupled with a Leofoto tripod with integrated leveling base. This is an amazing combo. The leveling base gets you level in a heartbeat. And the VH-30R head provides individual adjustments for horizontal and vertical movements. It is also great for shooting panoramas. And it works well for L brackets and large lenses too. Highly recommended!
