Does anyone here owns or have owned a Tamron 90mm f2.8 VC (F004)? This is the first generation VC lens and not the G2 lens.
Am planning to use it mainly for indoor use for Zfc and D600. My Tamron 90mm f2.8 (non VC) is starting to fail on me and may need replacement soon.
I have used the F004 on the D7100 and D500 quite a lot and have enjoyed using it since I first bought it. It's not too heavy, sharp and the VC can come in handy too, depending on what you're shooting. I mostly use it for arthropods and herpetofauna. But I've also used it for plants and birds at the feeder.
If you have more specific questions, fire away.
I have one for a while, it is glued to my D810. I am very pleased with it. My main interest are flowers and some times bugs. I bought it second hand at about 150 euros
