I want to buy a macro camera but I don't know how to choose one, it's too hard for newbies
Macro camera, or macro lens?
Buying a macro camera starts with choosing a DSLR or mirrorless camera that supports interchangeable lenses. Look for one with manual controls to fine-tune focus and exposure. Pair the camera with a dedicated macro lens, ideally one that offers 1:1 magnification like a 100mm f/2.8. Brands like Canon, Nikon, and Sony offer great beginner options that are reliable and widely supported. Set a budget and remember that investing in a good lens is just as important as the camera body for macro photography.
About macro lenses I remind, with regrets, my Micro Nikkor 200mm f/4 wich I sold because it seemed too heavy. Of course, now, Nikon does not manufacture it. It was a D type lens and on Z cameras focusing is manual only.
