Before posting two more landscape wallpaper collections, I decided to publish some wildlife images from 2010. There will be two parts and this is the first one. Unfortunately, I did not do much wildlife photography in 2010, so I only have a few images to share. Please note that all of these were taken in a natural habitat and the wildlife was not disturbed or hurt during the process :)

Absolutely beautiful stuff. I really like the composition in the spoonbill image.
Thank you Matt, appreciate the feedback!
Absolutely fantastic moments !! congratulations !
bye, LL
Thank you so much Luis!
Do you, by any chance, know an animal language :)? It’s like as if many of them were posing for you! Amazing photos!!!!!!!!!!! SPASIBO!!!!
Mahsuma, no way :) I wish though…you can’t imagine how hard it gets to approach wildlife. They spook very easily and at times I have to try over and over again till I get the shot. Sometimes I can sit in one spot for an hour and won’t get anything.
Thank you!
Impressive captures, Nasim !
Thank you Rahul!
Great work as always Nasim
Appreciate the feedback Edi!
Your such a great photographer, am just beginning to like photography and found your photos “exhausting” to look at because of its beauty. I own a Nikon D60 but replaced the kit lens with Tamrom 18-270 mm 3.5 – 6.3, but having difficulty understanding it technically. But looking through your published picture make me want to try more. Your such an inspiration. By the way, how could extract details from your pics so I can try it on my own. Thank you and more power.
Jun, just start with getting a good photography book (like Bryan Peterson’s “Understanding Exposure”) and try to get a solid understanding of the exposure triangle. Once you get the basics, then start learning your camera features and experiment/take lots of pictures.
I like it very much, the composition is really superb! You may want to consider a scrapbook on all the best wildlife photos when your best collection grew.

Hey really great moments and awesome color! Did you use 400mm lens or what? I always wondered how does it feel lugging that beast around whole day, since I never had a chance to shoot with it :D
Your blog is great!
Let me start out by saying, very nice photography and you great hunting stalking techniques even if you do shoot with a camera instead of a rifle! I’m new at photography and I notice that you do not show at what aperture, speed and ISO settings for each of you photos. I would like to know if you use a photography log and as I am new, do you recommend that i get in the habit of doing that. Thank you for your input and all the wonderful wealth of knowledge from you wonderful website. Pat.
OK Sorry about jumping the gun with my questions! I notice on part 2 that you explain it all i wanted to know. But for now I am still shooting with slide film with my old em. and the same question about me filling out a log still apples. Thank you
Pat.
